If the loose flange on the exhaust gas system is defective, HJS replaces the rusted series flange with the aid of a new, innovative repair solution. This is implemented without removal of the exhaust gas components. The catalyzer, acoustic damper or the existing exhaust pipe, can be used further. The flange solution can be universally used for all exhaust gas systems of pipe diameter Ø 50 to 65 mm. For this, HJS offers four different flange solutions:

Although the acoustic damper catalyzer DPF® is still intact, this must be completely replaced in case of any damage to the input or output pipe. Resonant noises or vibration faults with respect to cheap solutions can be excluded by the precise fit accuracy and the employment of modern construction design solutions.
