HJS SA Appoints Advance Global as Official Distributor for HJS Systems in Australia
Johannesburg, South Africa – September 2026
HJS Emission Technology South Africa (HJS SA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Advance Global Australia as an official distributor of HJS systems in Australia, marking an important step in expanding access to HJS emission control technology within the Australian market.
The distributor agreement was officially signed during Electra Mining Africa 2026, held at the Johannesburg Expo Centre from 7–11 September 2026.
The agreement was signed by Gareth Mansley, Director of Advance Global Australia, and André Robberts, Managing Director of HJS Emission Technology South Africa, at the HJS SA stand during the exhibition.
The partnership brings together Advance Global’s presence and industry experience in Australia with HJS’s established expertise in emission reduction technology, particularly for demanding mining and heavy-duty applications.
As an official distributor, Advance Global will support the introduction and supply of HJS systems to the Australian market, providing customers with access to proven emission control solutions designed to reduce harmful diesel exhaust emissions and support cleaner, safer working environments.
For HJS SA, the agreement represents another important milestone in its role as the global mining hub for the HJS Group, strengthening the international reach of HJS technology within one of the world’s most significant mining markets.

For Advance Global, the partnership also opens the door to introducing the concept of Emissions-Based Maintenance (EBM) more broadly within the Australian mining sector, using emissions performance as an indicator of engine health and an opportunity to improve maintenance practices and operational efficiency.

The partnership will focus on bringing HJS emission control systems and technical expertise closer to Australian customers, supporting applications where diesel particulate emissions, equipment performance and effective emissions management are increasingly important considerations.
The signing at Electra Mining Africa reflects HJS SA’s continued focus on building strong international partnerships and supporting the HJS Group’s global mining activities from South Africa.
